How can I reserve a table?

Table reservations can be easily made online through our website. For groups of 10 or more people, please send us a request via our contact form or by telephone.

Do I need to confirm my reservation?

No, after your online booking you will receive an automatic confirmation by email or SMS.

How can I change or cancel a reservation?

Simply click on the “Edit reservation” link in your confirmation email. Please note: cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Is there a cancellation deadline?

Yes, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours ahead if you won’t be able to attend.

What happens if I’m late?

We hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes. Please call us if you expect to be delayed.

Are there parking options nearby?

Yes — public parking is available around the Stadthafen. On weekends and evenings space can be tight, so you may want to allow a few extra minutes.

Yes — our upper terrace offers about 90 seats during the summer months and, in good weather, delivers a stunning view of the Stadthafen — perfect for warm evenings.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, EC-card (debit card) as well as common credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Contactless payment is also possible.

Are allergies or intolerances catered for?

Of course! Please inform us of your needs in advance — ideally with your reservation or upon arrival at the restaurant. Our menu is accordingly labelled.

Can we hold birthdays or other celebrations?

Very gladly! Whether birthday, corporate event or anniversary — we plan your event individually by arrangement. Simply speak to us or use our contact form.

Can I book a private area for a closed event?

Yes — we offer separate sections or fully private events subject to availability. Individual planning is done in direct consultation with our team.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome.

Is there WiFi in the restaurant?

Yes — free WiFi is available for our guests. The access details are provided on request by our service staff.

What are your opening hours?

Our current hours are available on our website or via Google. Please note: opening hours may vary on public holidays or during special events.

A culinary experience in a class of its own! The service was equally impressive: extremely warm, attentive and professional. You can immediately sense that the staff are passionate about their work. A place we would gladly recommend to others – we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Very nice restaurant and great food. There were three of us, including a toddler. A high chair was available and the staff were very friendly and attentive towards our son and us. The food was excellent, arrived within 10 minutes and was extremely tasty. We'll be back!
